大学科研创新与科研团队创新能力初探Relationship between research innovation and team's innovation abilities

摘要(Abstract)：
从个体创新特征和团队创新特征的角度探讨了大学科研创新与科研团队创新能力的关系。认为那些研究背景丰富、热爱事业、激情澎湃、自尊自信、知识面广、基础知识扎实以及善于分析和联想的研究人员具有较强的创新能力。同时认为,科研创新绝不是某个个体独立能够实现的,物色具有创新思想的个体是创新的前提,组建有利于创新的科研团队是实现创新的条件。那些研究方向前瞻、目标明确,团队成员平等自由、合作良好、勇于实践,团队整体推崇创新、强调创新激励,并具有充满激情的文化氛围的科研团队益于创新思想的萌发和实现。
